Can I protect return (RTO) shipments too?

Yes. Eshopbox offers protection for both forward and return shipments. RTOs are eligible for claims if 3 delivery attempts are made within 72 hours.

How to handle shipment delays?

You can choose to automatically secure all eligible forward and return shipments. This option gives you full control—ensuring all qualifying shipments are protected by default.

What do I need to submit a claim?

To raise a claim, youʼll need to submit a claim ticket along with required documents such as the invoice, product images (if damaged), and tracking details.  Make sure the shipment meets eligibility criteria like proper scan checkpoints.
