TCNS is an aggressive player in the ready to wear apparel segment with reputed brands such as W, Aurelia, and Wishful that are part of its portfolio. The company has a massive offline reach with over 540 exclusive brand outlets, 1450 large format store outlets and 1500 multi-brand outlets. TCNS wanted to replicate this kind of market dominance and create a strong online presence.

TCNS operated on multiple channels for different brands from its portfolio, which means they needed to process high order volumes while adhering to different channel SLAs. The team at TCNS knew that to scale their ecommerce they needed to find a reliable order fulfilment solution.

  • Strict SLA compliance: Eshopbox guaranteed to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for every channel, this meant TCNS did not need to worry about SLA breach penalties; even during peak order volumes.
  • Seamless return management: Eshopbox powerful return management workflow allowed returns to be processed quickly. Items in good condition were restocked and TCNS would get automated reports to file for claims for items in bad condition.
