Customer Outreach Manager

Eshopbox is looking forward to onboard a diligent Customer Outreach Manager who is zealous enough to combine his Analytical and Communication skills in order to bring the best set of customers in the house. If you enjoy working with People more than the Machines and if you understand “Business” better than you understand anything then this role is an apt opportunity that is a stepping stone into the world of Sales, Customers & Business.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Outreach: Responsible for research and generation of leads and identify prospective customers for their commerce operations.
  • Communication: Drive conversations through emails and Social media with prospects on Eshopbox and their commerce operations through various communication tools and strategies.
  • Assist in formulating and execute digital marketing strategies to support Eshopbox specific concepts, products, campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create Pitch Deck: Assist in creating Eshopbox pitch deck for customer success.
  • Give Demos: Responsible for delivering business demo to customers for better understanding of Eshopbox product and services and pitch appropriate solutions.
  • Build Pricing Proposal: Assist in creating pricing proposal based on customer profile and their needs.
  • Cross functional alignment: Manage and/or collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: Product managers, content marketing team and customer support teams.
  • Agreement Sign-off: Responsible for final agreement sign-off with the customer for handing over to customer success team in a timely and efficient manner.

Basic Requirement and Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Experience in marketing and communications of almost 0-3 years, preferably in E-commerce industry.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills for networking and relationship building.
  • Understanding of social media landscape for efficient consumer engagement and activations across platforms.
  • Marketing experience across digital, product and communications domain.
  • Strong passion for ecommerce channel and industry

  • Other Inter-personal skills like self-motivation, persistency, patience and eagerness to learn and work independently.
